Shipping

At Lumaira, we value each and every single customer. As customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer various shipping options to suit every customer. Our  range from  shipping (standard speed) take 15-30 days and exprsss shipping take 7-12 days  (fast delivery).

PAYMENT AUTHORIZED
• Lumaira may have to verify payment and order details before processing your order.
• Before the payment authorized and verified, order can not cancel or change. We will process immediately once verified. Lumaira will also do the best to support you.

PROCESSING
Before ships out we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The average processing time approximately 3 business days. However, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status. For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may be 5-10 business days.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Returns:

At Lumaira, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!

3 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.
Contact Us
Go to our Support Center and describe your issue in detail with the reason for why you wish to return the product. Please also give your order number . For faulty, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Our Solutions:

1. Lumaira’s responsibility
• If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and or an exchange.
• Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement item at our expense.

2.Customer’s responsibility
• If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
• However in that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Notes For Returns

All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without an RMA form will not be accepted. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and their original packaging.
Note: Swimwear, lingerie, earrings and clearance items, or any discounted items, provided Lumaira did not make any mistake, will not be accepted for return. If we made a mistake, we will always resolve it to your satisfaction
